Oops, wrong holiday...

You'd think it was Halloween time at our house this evening had you stopped by.

We had Ayla for a few hours this afternoon/evening and she and Tate decided to play "super heroes" in some of Tate's costumes.
How cute are they?!!!

And seriously, Tate looks so old and tall here!

They decided to wear different costumes after a few minutes.

Ayla was so funny as Spiderman. She wore that mask for over and hour without taking it off. She watched a movie with it on, played doctor with it on...it was so cute.

Then the DeCook Family joined us for dinner and a movie. The kids had a blast playing and Ava joined in on the costume wearing extravaganza as Buzz Lightyear.
Tate was in heaven with friends over to play most of the day!

We even tried to get Chloe into a costume. She wasn't interested. However, she thought it was about the greatest thing ever that all the other kids were dressed up. She LOVED Spiderman and when Ayla took the mask off, she was handing it back to her to try and get her to put it back on. It was so funny!

It was a nice evening and so much fun watching the kids and all their hilariousness.

Funny story...

When it came time to put jammies on, Tate was in his room getting his clothes off and Chloe was trying to get into the room. Tate said in a not so friendly tone, "get out of here Chloe! I need my privacy!!!" Lora and I were outside his room just dying laughing...the things kids say are so funny!
