I want a new house...

Not a NEW house...just a house that's new to us. :) I LOVE our house and never thought I'd ever say this! Honestly, it took a 1, 3 and 5 year old running around in our tiny house with no dishwasher and only 2 "official" bedrooms for a total of 2 1/2 days for me to realize that this place might not cut it. Ugh. I want a house with a dishwasher, at least 3 bedrooms, a finished basement, a fenced back yard, a 2 car garage and a patio...oh, and I want it for cheap and in my neighborhood...like within a few blocks of where I live right now. That would all be nice. Wish us luck! If we don't find those things in a home...we'll be staying here for sure! :)

Hmm, your house actually sounds kind of cute especially when you have a cuddly child with you. Staying there must have been fun! Recently, I’m trying to fence my backyard and put up some handy stuff like swings for the kids with some nice tables with chairs for some relaxation. And guess what, I’m trying to build all of these things. =) I wish you the best of luck!

That calls for a makeover job, I suppose. Choosing a new but affordable home isn’t a bad choice as well. And Christian’s bright ideas are quite motivating. It is tough yet exciting to spice up your lot without any professional help!

I agree with Christian. Having a cute kid with you at home is satisfying. The energy and life a child brings to a home is like nothing else, and to hear the laughter of one can truly lighten the heart. I just wish you best of luck in looking for your ideal home. Everything will work out fine with a bit of perseverance. After all, you’ve got a lucky charm with you – your family. =)

So, did you finally find the house you’ve been looking for? I certainly hope so. Your 1, 2 and 5 year old will grow up soon, and they are going to need a bigger space to run and play around in. There is a perfect home for you out there. If you still cannot find it, you can invest in house renovation and make your home bigger and better.

I wish you the best of luck, Jennie. I'm pretty sure you'll find that house eventually, as long as you continue spending time and effort to find it. But if you want to make it easier, you can ask a realtor to help you look for the house that you want.

That's quite a vision for a house. Well, that's actually a common scenario with our houses; we want something fresh to see. Well, if you aren't planning to purchase a new house, you can try playing with the design of your interiors. You can change the paint color of some accents wall to get that fresh look.

I know how you feel; I’ve been in the same situation before. Once you feel like you don’t want to live there anymore, you will be more eager to find a way to move into a new house. Well, with the family that you have right now, I think it’s really a great idea to look for a new house. Just like Kate said, your kids will soon grow up, and I’m sure they’ll be the one to tell you that you need to find a better home. Once you do, you won’t be hearing any complaints about the house because they already love it.

So how’s the quest for a new home going? It’s a good thing that you already have a list of home features. It will surely help you find the right home in due time. =)

There is definitely a house where you can live your dreams. It is better than what you expect, and it’s just waiting for you. If you really want to make it happen, I think you and your husband should find a mortgage company offering home loans and talk with them with regards to the terms of payments that are amenable for you.
