Last night was the PERFECT night for hanging outside.
We ate dinner outside, chatted and blew bubbles. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. It was even too warm for sweatshirts! No bugs, clear skies...beautiful!
We put Tate to bed a little after 8 and he slept until 10am this morning! We was TIRED from his busy day on Saturday! Sean and I stayed up until midnight and just talked and laughed and relaxed outside by the firepit...just the 2 of us. We like company, we like entertaining, we like having others around. So this was kind of like a date for us! It was so nice to be able to talk about things without interuption from Tate. :)
And we love our firepit and know we'll be getting LOTS of use out of it this spring, summer and fall!
Love him.
He does drive me crazy a lot, we bicker, we disagree...a lot, things aren't perfect, but we love each other.
And I think we NEEDED last night.
And then again today, we were blessed with a GORGEOUS day!We went to church (we found one that we are liking and have attended twice now...YAY!), ran some errands and are going to be grilling out with the DeCooks tonight. :)
Life is good.
