we grilled

It was a touch chilly outside, but we couldn't resist breaking in the new shiney grill Sean put together today. So we had burgers...lots of burgers. Needless to say, we have some leftovers in the fridge. It's so nice to have a grill again!

And anyone who knows me knows that I love color. I love all things colorful and so the fact that our grill is a reddish orange makes me happy. I love how it looks...I mean, as much as one can love the looks of a grill. :)

If we only could have used this beauty... Our neighbor across the street chops wood all day long. There's chopped wood all over the outside of his home. I was assuming he probably sold it. He doesn't wear a shirt and only has one leg. I heard he is super nice. I was walking with Tate to DeCook's last night and saw him outside. I decided to ask him if he sells the wood he chops. His name is Larry, his wife is Sherry. He IS super nice. He told me I could have all the wood I want this summer if I just bring him over an 18 pack of Coors Light. Um, okay. We went to the grocery store and bought him his beer. We'll have to bring that over to him this week so we can get some wood. Then we'll break in our new fire pit! :)
