4 years ago today, we met Tate.
That day, I learned of a love I never knew existed...a mother's love.
That love that only a mother can understand.
It hit me like a train...I was a wreck for days...it was the most emotional thing I've experienced.
I changed forever 4 years ago today.
I couldn't be more grateful.

My mom and sister got to meet Tate 4 years ago today as well...
We stayed in a hotel that first day until Tate's birth parents signed the paperwork to terminate their parental rights and we were allowed to take him home.
I must have spent that entire time just kissing him and staring at him...
And so did Sean.
He was smitten immediately...
4 years ago we were no longer a couple, but a family.

Oh yes... 4 yrs. ago seems lke yesterday. It was an amazing blessing and a bit scary too... Tater, you have given our family a whole new dimension... Love you buddy!!
