Tate update

"nunnermore" = "another one" or "do it again" (this is his favorite thing to say lately)

"you're goofy, mommy" and "you're goofy, daddy"

When Tate is sitting on the floor, he lifts his hand up for us to "help up" and wants us to help him up like he can't get up on his own. It's so funny.

"choo choo" as he's pointing a toy like it's a gun. We're working on stopping this, he learned it at daycare and we are not allowing it at our house...not so much a fan of gun play at his age.

"taint you", "bwess you", mow pease" - he's really good at being polite these days. :)

He has really started to care about the shoes and clothes he wears each day. He has these black light up tennis shoes that he wants to wear every single day and he prefers attire that has something to do with "football" which in Tate's world is sports in general. Every sport is football.

He wants to be just like his daddy. If Sean is wearing a cap, Tate wants to be, if Sean is wearing a stocking cap, Tate wants to be. If Sean is sitting with his feet up on the couch, Tate will sit just like him. I love it.

Tate has slowed down on the eating and is eating more like a normal 2 year old instead of eating like he has the appetite of a grown man. He does eat meat now, but not all meat. He does like chicken and occasionally will eat ground beef in things. He still drinks water and milk like he hasn't drank for days. He will chug 8 oz. of water in about 2 minutes flat multiple times a day. I do think he was going through a growth spurt though. He is wearing all 2T or 3T clothes and his feet have gotten huge...for him at least. His feet were always short and wide, now they're getting long too.

His tonsils and adenoids getting taken out has made him a different child as expected. He's talking so much more, sleeping so much better and is just all around happier. He can be quite the stinker though! :)
