January 13th
Tate will get his tonsils and adnoids out. I am scared, nervous, worried...all of the above. I know he will be so much more happy though. The doctor was pretty amazed at the size of his tonsils. He said that they are touching now. This is not good. Ugh. Following the surgery, he will keep him in the hospital overnight and then he said it will be a week recovery of I quote "lots of tender loving care at home". I think I can handle that! Please pray he does well, pray for our nerves and for the doctors and nurses that will be caring for Tate. It's a month away, but I won't let you forget! :)

We'll be praying for him!
My mom actually got hers out a few years ago when she was in her late 50's, which is really late, but she is so glad she did. Hers were huge, too. Everything went just fine, and she felt so much better after they were out. I'm sure Tate will, too.
Lauren did great when she had her's out at 5 years old. I was very nervous too. We'll be thinking of you guys!
