Sick

Tate's sick. :( He had a pretty rough day. We noticed that he was congested this morning and he had trouble eating because he couldn't breath through his nose. Then around lunch, we discovered that he was a little feverish. By 1:00 he was running a pretty good fever and had a constant stream of snot running out of each nostril along with a nasty cough. He barely was able to eat all day out of his bottle due to his breathing difficulties, so we just mixed rice cereal with his formula and gave him a couple of big bowls of that so that he wasn't hungry. He gobbled all that down with no problem! He wanted to be cuddled and entertained constantly or he whined. I don't mind the cuddling part, but I hate that he doesn't feel well. We've kept medicine in him all day for his fever, congestion and cough, but he hasn't been very happy today. He slept a ton, so hopefully he still sleeps well tonight. He was scheduled to have his 9 month shots tomorrow morning, but with this cold, that will have to be rescheduled. We'll see though, I may still bring him in and get him checked out if he's still running a high fever. I'd rather be safe than sorry! My poor baby!
