Remembering...

I just got an email from a girl that I have maintained contact with from Bethany Christian Services that has been waiting for a baby. Her and her husband are getting a baby tomorrow when the birth mother will be induced! I was so happy when I got the email that it brought me to tears. I just remember that feeling so vividly and how wonderful it was. Yes, the joy came along with much heartache for Tate's hurting birth parents, but what an amazing time it was! I have talked to so many waiting families and tried to explain to them the emotion that you feel...the joy and the pain. I know that no one can understand what I mean until they personally go through it. It's so great to know that someone that I have been in contact with during this hard waiting period is going to finally be holding their baby, that God made for them, in their arms tomorrow! I am so excited for them and pray that all goes through without a hitch! Congratulations Katie and Bryan!
